What's up, fellas.
Back at it again with the white vans, it's Dan coming at you with a live cider review. It's schilling's hard cider, rhubarb flavored and fucking delicious.
I love this shit. To many ciders are overly sweetened, but Lumberjack is a dry and earthy cider, with a legitimate rhubarb taste (so legit I told my roommate it tasted like rhubarb before knowing myself!).
With less carbonation than most ciders, I've found it to be an easy drinker. The light apple zing at the start of the sip with a pleasant tartness after swallowing won me over right away.
Well, that was a pretty pleasant beer bong experience. I don't feel any excessive gas or bubbling in my stomach and as I bonged the Lumberjack, a pretty overwhelming pear flavor came through.
All in all, I give this cider a 9/10 on chuggability, in fact, I think I'll take another to be sure my conclusions were correct.
Yup. I'm definitely right. This cider is fucking incredible.
For a 6-pack of 12-ounce cans, I paid $11.99 and could not be happier. Coming in at just under 2$ a can, the Lumberjack still packs a punch with 6% alcohol content.
Yes! Unlike most beers that are gluten-reduced, Schilling's hard cider is gluten free! Don't remember the difference? That's okay, brush up on the difference here.
What does that mean for you? It means you can drink as much of this as you could imagine and you won't trigger celiac symptoms which are dope. It will, however, still probably make you puke if you drink in excess so be responsible fellas.
I'm a HUGE fan of this cider. With a great taste and easy drinking, this is my new go to cider. If you guys want to get some yourself to try out, you can find it at a local Total Wine or beer and wine shop.
Also, a shit ton of props to the marketing team on this sick cider.
EDIT: I loved this so much, I went out and bought another 12 for this weekend's road trip! Check this shit out fellas, it's delish.
