Holy hell you guys don't even know. This it the best banana bread I've ever had in my whole life, and my non-celiac friends agree. Really not that difficult and only takes a few ingredients and an oven so you could even get it done in your dorms kitchen.
Also, banana pancakes are also the bomb.
